Saké Nomi is the first premium Japanese saké shop and tasting bar in the U.S. Owners Johnnie and Taiko established Saké Nomi as the place where we can share their passion for premium saké, and introduce the romance and traditions of the saké brewing craft to friends. Saké Nomi features over 200 different brands of high-quality jizake (“microbrew” saké) from throughout Japan. They rotate our glass pour menu every week, giving you the opportunity to explore and discover new favorites by the glass or tasting flight in a casual, relaxed environment.
