We are an interdisciplinary practice involved in rigorous design and research that yields innovative, iconic buildings and dynamic urban environments.
Our approach is to realize inventive solutions that turn the constraints of each project into the design direction, exploring the relationships between space, program, form, budget and material. With projects worldwide, the firm’s work ranges in scale from residential, commercial, hospitality, and civic buildings to large urban planning projects. Awarded a 2007 AIA commendation and received the 2008 design achievement award for its contribution to Seattle’s urban fabric.
