It is a free National Park Site in Pioneer Square. It is a museum with a gift shop. It offers two floors of historical displays of the impact of the Klondike Gold Rush on Seattle in 1897. It offers ranger programs and films in the auditorium, plus free tours of Pioneer Square in the summer .
