Merchant’s Café & Saloon was originally built 1890 and reestablished in 2011. The establishment has been in continuous operation ever since, making it Seattle’s oldest standing restaurant. Merchant’s is dedicated to offering local wine, craft beer, and spirits from the Pacific Northwest, along with local non-alcoholic drink options. They’re committed to using fresh organic food from local purveyors such as Pike Place Market and Bob’s Fruit Stand in Snohomish Washington.
