Provident Building

The Provident Building at 568 1st Avenue South, built in 1910, is in the Pioneer Square Preservation District in Seattle. A former warehouse building constructed of heavy timber seismically reinforced brick and concrete containing approximately 55,000 square feet of modern office space. Completely renovated in 2000, the building boasts amenities such as secure key access, below-grade parking in the garage, tenant shower facilities, bicycle parking, and a rooftop view deck.
