At Suya Palace, our menu is built around authentic Nigerian favorites such as suya (spice-grilled meat), smoky Jollof rice, pepper soup, asun, moin moin, and the beloved sweet snack puff puff. Each dish is prepared with carefully selected ingredients and traditional seasoning to deliver the true taste of West African cooking.
