Join artist Bonnie Hopper for the reception of her solo show, A Royal Flush in a Full House.

Highlighting revolutionary and historical African Americans as an Art Nouveau themed deck of cards, Hopper reframes and elevates their histories through stylized portraiture. The Royal Flush features well known African Americans who had a significant impact on history, while the Full House features African American women as Princesses or Foes in a traditional Fairytale setting.
