Lauren Mooney is a spiritual guide who helps individuals and organizations slow down and reconnect with the present moment.
Through meditation, Breathwork, sound, Reiki, and tarot, she supports people in accessing their bodies to ease their minds. She designs and facilitates wellness experiences—including retreats, events, group sessions, and one-on-one offerings—for workplaces, private clients, and special events.
Her tarot practice is informed by years of study and intuition, drawing inspiration from both classic and contemporary decks. And she can’t wait to meet you!
