Somatic Resonance: A Workshop within “Terra Solarium”

Experience a 90-minute curated somatic journey inside METHOD Gallery’s immersive installation, Terra Solarium. Facilitated by RW Alves, “Deep Interiority” utilizes Polyvagal and Somatic Experiencing tools to bridge the gap between art and the body. Participants will navigate the red-light saturation and internal soundscapes created by artists Ocean and Lauren Ruíz to explore nervous system regulation and the parallels between human and geological “body cavities.” Limited capacity; registration required.
