“The Soul” by Germain Mitacc

Join us this November for the opening of our resident artist Germain Mitacc’s latest exhibition, The Soul, a profound artistic journey that explores themes of personal transformation and the enduring nature of the spirit. Emerging from a period marked by nihilism, pessimism, and withdrawal, Germain’s work is a powerful testament to overcoming a sense of emptiness and isolation. His creative practice is now profoundly motivated by the belief in an inner spirit or soul, which he sees as the vital source for personal development and creative inspiration. Through his art, Germain seeks to capture this spiritual dimension, creating enduring works that serve as lasting representations of the internal self, transcending the physical body’s impermanence.
