Allison Collins | New Thoughts on Color

‘New Thoughts on Color,’ Allison Collins’ newest solo exhibition in gallery, opens First Thursday, October 3, 6 – 8 pm with the artist in attendance. Known for her expansive abstract landscapes imbued with quilt-like textural lushness, Collins’ paintings are untethered to any exact places. Imparting the emotion of encountering or traveling through open spaces, fields, sky, and vast expanses, the paintings are woven with deeply saturated hues. The exhibition runs until Saturday, October 26.
