Artist Residency: In the Moment

Join us in celebrating the launch of “In the Moment,” the debut exhibition of our inaugural artist-in-residence, Xiu Xiu Bunting. This marks the end of a three-month residency program designed to offer more than just studio space — a full-spectrum support system for emerging artists entering the art market. Through mentorship, resources, and community engagement, the residency provides artists with the tools to build sustainable and impactful careers.
Xiu Xiu Bunting is a sculptress whose work captures the ephemeral. She creates large-scale installations that balance utilitarian form and poetic expression. Working in metal, light, and paper, her sculptures reflect emotional states — transient yet grounded, delicate yet powerful.
The daughter of a traditional Chinese painter and a conceptual visual artist, Xiu Xiu carves out a distinct voice rooted in heritage while pushing the boundaries of material and meaning. “In the Moment” invites viewers into the stillness and intensity of feeling, shaped through structure and light.
Come experience a powerful new voice in contemporary sculpture — where past, present, and personal collide.
