Eva Isaksen | Drawn to Line

Eva Isaksen’s solo exhibition, ‘Drawn to Line,’ opens Saturday, May 2 with a reception on First Thursday, May 7 from 6 – 8 pm with the artist in attendance. Isaksen works across collage, acrylic inks, graphite, and monotype, ever expanding the visual language for which she is recognized. She takes inspiration from organic forms, seasonal rhythms, land and water, sky, and continual growth. This collection draws upon her experience as a dedicated gardener, experiencing firsthand the constant redesign and regeneration that occurs in the natural world. To accompany the exhibition, the gallery will host an artist talk on Saturday, May 9 at 1 pm, which is free and open to the public. The exhibition is on display until Saturday, May 23.
