Jahnvi uses music as a tool for community building, creating spaces of belonging with every show. Jazz is a beautiful art form with which to support anti-racist commitments due to its history of being a Black American Art form and tool of resilience. Live Jazz Nights are an embodiment of what she wants to see in the city, highlighting different local POC artists’ original compositions and work each night to connect audiences, and in particular young adults, to the local Jazz scene.
