Quiet Places, Wild Moments

Linda Lander is a fine-art photographer at the intersection of traditional landscapes & wild life photography and artistic interpretation, creating images that invite quiet reflection and discovery. In addition to her study of photography with well recognized and accomplished landscape photographers, her background as a scientist in the field of marketing grounded her in technical precision shaped by light and presence. Linda’s passion for adventure has her seeking fleeting moments in remote places—like first light in a leopard’s eyes or shifting mountain colors at dusk. All photographs are digitally created from the camera with no modifications of elements other than lighting. Digital processing is used only to reveal what the eye experiences, not to alter reality. In addition, selected works (noted as “Art Photography”) incorporate hand-applied painting and mixed-media techniques, offering a more interpretive approach to the photographic image.
