Rite: This Instant

Rite: This Instant features the work of three pacific northwest artists Jack Johnston, C Meier, and Annie Reierson, each of whom are using polaroids in distinctive and contemporary ways. Taking a format known for its casual, spontaneous snapshots to meticulously construct photograms, revisit past self-portraits, and capture the movement of grass on water.

Rite: This Instant opens 2nd January 2025 and runs until 15th February. Solas is open 1-5pm Saturdays and 5-9pm on First Thursdays.
