explore pioneer square
Welcome to the Original Seattle Neighborhood – rich in history, arts, culture, and food!
The Deep Blue: Drawing inspiration from the ethereal movements of sea creatures like the octopus and jellyfish in Puget Sound, Debbie’Bianchi’s acrylic paintings invite viewers to explore the concept of transformation and adaptation thus symbolizing resilience and fluidity in the face of life’s challenges. Through the careful selection of color tones and subtle nuances, her art serves as an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the beauty around us. We will also be featuring the textured 3D painted skulls of Patti Curtis. An homage to artists past and present, showcasing Curtis’ diverse artistry on a most unique “canvas”. Patti’s vintage cow skull sculptures are made with a variety of mediums, print, paint, sculpting, and assemblage. Please join us at Gray Sky Gallery on Thursday, Oct 3rd, 5-8 pm for the artist reception. Meet the artists and talk with them about their work.
