Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park - Seattle Unit
Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park, in partnership with Olympic National Park, Washington’s National Park Fund, and Discover Your Northwest, will kick off the opening of “Terminus: A Glacier Memorial Project” during the First Thursday Art Walk on June 5.
The free event will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and will feature 25 art pieces, including paintings, drawings, fiber arts, animation, sound, film, carvings and more.
The “Terminus Project” provides a space where conversations can take place around what landscape changes are happening at Olympic National Park and what actions we can be taken by individuals and communities to help mitigate these changes.
